Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, you item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, your item must not be on sale or discounted with promo codes. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
(If all conditions are not met, Eroz Steady Aid Systems reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee.)
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment(Paypal). Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your receive a return, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
